Meet the Host
Hey Hey! My name is Rashonda Powell & I am a daughter of the one, true and living God.
I've fortunately come to learn that this is the most important part of my identity. Because of that essential part - all the other blessings of my life extend from it.
The King of the Universe, my Abba, has blessed me with my king of a husband and 5 beautiful babies.
I am the host of the Woman, Be Healed Podcast & The creator and owner of Healed and Free, LLC.
I am also the founder and host of the Woman, It's Time Conference.
God called me & that is the only "certification" I have.
I don't have any fancy degrees in ministry and I haven't been "ordained" by man with any ceremony - and I believe that's the most beautiful part of it all.
I wasn't looking to do any of this - nor did I desire it - but God said "I want you and I love you and I can use you."
And that was all I ever wanted - to be loved, seen and protected and for that God can have my ALL.
I will continue to give my God my all because He loved me while I was yet a sinner & I will continue to say yes in hopes that my Yes is able to direct more people to see HIM!
What Inspired the Conference?
In 2024, I received the vision for this conference in a dream. When I awoke, God spoke with such clarity about the very details of its execution—there was no doubt that it was Him.
I said yes.
In my yes - I was tested - financially, physically, and spiritually.
But also because of my yes, so much beauty, passion, and faith were birthed.
This conference is designed to encourage and uplift—yes—but also to equip. In a world that can make the body of believers feel small or overlooked, it’s easy to question where we stand. And even when you do encounter “church,” discernment is essential—to recognize what is truly of God versus what carries the appearance of godliness without His presence.
I desire what God desires - true worship. True belief. "But the hour cometh and Now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father seeketh such to worship Him." John 4:23
And I recognize that it’s challenging. I recognize that this world can wear us down. I recognize that it can package things in a way that makes the other side look greener. But if we give in to the lies of the enemy, we end up on the losing team—one that may look like it’s winning, but has been and will continue to lose.
So this conference says "God, I'm ready and willing to live for you - show me, equip me, I'm here for you!"
Meet the Speakers
Ebony Northern
Ebony Northern is a native of Newport News, VA and currently resides in Charlotte, NC. In 2015, Ebony encountered a supernatural experience with the Lord, which led her to surrender her life to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. She has a strong passion seeing people walk in the purity, boldness and heart of God.
Ebony’s devotion towards Christ has led her to create a ministry called Give Light Pillars. Give Light Pillars is a ministry that stands on the scripture Matthew 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” The ministry hosts annual outreach event that serves hundreds of homeless brothers and sisters and nearby neighbors in the community. Give Light Pillars also host annual prayer nights, that's led by the power and prophetic act of God. It is targeted to lead His sheep to the narrow path of Heaven and not the darkness of the world.
Outside of Give Light Pillars ministry; she travels to different ministries to teach the Holy Word with full purity and reverence of God. Ebony is a daughter, sister and friend to many; yet her favorite title is being a daughter of The Most High God. Ebony prays her light will forever shine so the Lord will be glorified.
Seanna Lee
Seanna Lee is the Daughter of the Most High God. She gets her strength from knowing and believing that the name of the Lord Jesus is a strong tower. Her first and foundational assignment on this earth is rooted in Matthew 28:18-20. Seanna also has a calling to help activate the gifts, businesses, strengths, talents, and mantles that are in the lives of others, for the edifying and growth of the Kingdom. Her goal through the Holy Spirit is to help equip the body of Christ through strategy and practical steps to help overcome defeat, delay and the lies of the enemy. Seanna is from North Dinwiddie, Virginia, where she is the owner of a faith-based spa by the name of “Graceful Esthetics” where Jesus, Skincare and beauty are their top priorities. She is a devoted sister, daughter, and friend! In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking new recipes, crocheting and finding creative ways to spend time with God.
Rashonda Powell
Rashonda Powell truly found her identity in Christ in her late 20s. Although she was raised in church and always knew she was called to be different, Rashonda wrestled with her identity for much of her life. For years, God worked on her, in her, and through her. There were seasons where she clung closely to God, and other seasons where she felt so distant from Him that she questioned whether He could still use her.
In 2018, Rashonda began intentionally seeking God. Then in 2020, she was saved again in her living room while watching an online sermon. From that moment on, God began pouring into her more and more each year.
In 2022, Rashonda asked God to heal her completely, and from there, the journey truly began, inside and out. She launched the Woman, Be Healed Podcast, where she began sharing revelations connected to her healing journey and the wisdom God was revealing to her along the way.
In 2023, God spoke to her about teaching and preaching — releasing what He was giving her to others. In 2024, Rashonda launched Healed & Free, LLC where she creates all-natural care products and also began leading online Bible studies. In September 2024, she walked in obedience to the vision God gave her by bringing His daughters together for the very first Woman, It’s Time Conference.
The Lord has placed a deep passion on Rashonda’s heart to minister to, encourage, and build up His daughters. Through prayer brunches, conferences, Bible studies, and other gatherings, God continues to entrust her with the assignment of bringing women together in faith, healing, and purpose.
Above all, Rashonda is simply grateful to be used by God — amazed that despite everything, He would still remember her, call her by name, and allow her to be a vessel for His glory.
